This small home is perfect for a couple or family of four to experience the full magic of the Finger Lakes! The yard is rather large leading out to a long dock. The deck is very big and accomodating. But the surprise of the weekend was the sunrise! Its also just minutes from two legendary restaurants Smokin Petes and Ports Cafe. Consider thos property for your next FLX experience! “

„My husband turned "40" this past weekend and to celebrate we decided to come back to an area we fell in love with last fall. The cabin is perfectly located right in the middle of so many wineries/breweries we still have yet to visit ALL of them. That just means we will certainly have to return!! „I have rented many homes through HomeAway and VRBO and owners always give a better experience than property managers. Property is in need of many repairs. The people that clean the home can easily see this and report back. Everything provided was at a minimum. No hand soap in the bathrooms, during COVID this should be a standard. We like to clean up after ourselves frequently during our stay, There was no broom or dustpan to do so. Of the three full bathrooms only one shower worked properly. ...

„My friends and I had a 3 night stay at this property during our trip to the Finger Lakes. It was clean, well decorated, and modern. We had a lot of fun playing ping pong and foosball! The hosts were great about responding to any questions/concerns and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay and were able to relax. We definitely recommend a stay here! “

„The Sampson house was lovely, well maintained, and accommodating. Located in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from down town Penn Yan, it was a great base for exploring the area, going on nearby hikes, visiting various wineries and more. “

„The house is beautiful kept and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook every meal. The beds were super comfortable and loved the multiple bathrooms. We were there during a heatwave so not much time was spend on the beautiful deck. The air conditioning was great on the first and basement floors but was a bit warm for 2 of our guests in the bedroom. It was a heatwave and I’m sure during normal temps the room would have need perfect.“

Furniture could be more comfortable and easier.for.those with accessibility issues. The couches in the home are too low and hard to get up from, just.to name one thing. Other items are minorand easily fixable. These things do not take away from how overall nice the unit is.“

„The house was a great meeting point for our travelers from NY, VA and MA. We had 10 adults and two dogs. The house was more than adequate in terms of bedrooms and space. We played games and did puzzles on the folding tables they have there. We brought one of our smaller tvs to watch football and it worked well with the wifi. Kitchen had most everything we needed.
