„One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed! Definitely be back !“

„Beautiful property and lovely rooms! I would have loved to have had some more tea options, breakfast ready, and table set at the appointed time mentioned.“

„Herzlicher Empfang, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gute und ruhige Lage, nicht weit zum See, beschauliches Dorf mit schönem und gepflegtem Park am See“

„Room was clean and had stove, fridge, coffee pot etc. Restaurant on property and staff was very nice!“

„Gracious and accommodating- beautiful inn and rooms“

„Beware! The photos are AI enhanced for sure. The outside of the property is very run down, no cute landscaping like the photos. Dirty with trash along the side and back yard. The cute back patio in the picture is actually a couple dirty chairs surrounded by weeds. The inside looks similar to the photos with the decor but much smaller and poor craftsmanship throughout. The big back slider doors were dirty, broken, handle falling off. I didn’t even try to open them because of the handle, and they ...

„Only issue w/ the stay: Photos of the lake are from just outside of the park that is about 1/10 of a mile walk down a hill. Not visible from any part of the house/ property as the photo implies. My own fault for not reading into "by the lake" not "on the lake."“

„Cory is wonderful! His place is not! I think he just needs some help with keeping things clean and making sure that others keep it clean. Also making sure that people are not smoking in adjoining rooms.“

„It was a great experience. Location is amazing, property is great wonderful, great “glamping” for us non campers! Kids loved it, mom loved it, and breakfast was 10/10! Do yourself a favor and check this place out. “

„What a great spot. We had a great evening enjoying the Cabin and the amenities. Loved the proximity to the lake and the local feel.“

„Absolutely loved this lodge - beautiful well stocked kitchen, along with treats! Pictures do not do this place justice - it was stunning inside & out…. Peaceful setting, and close enough to state parks Stony Brook & Letchworth, as well as if someone wanted to take a quick wine tour thru the Finger Lakes! Would absolutely book again!“

„Upon arrival we found a clean, peaceful property with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room and bedroom. The entrance foyer and sitting/dining area was warm and inviting. Outside we discovered a comfortable campfire area with a walking space including a small pond. Each evening we were serenaded by frogs and insects into a soothing sleep. We were awakened gently by cool air and sunshine. Penn Yan has a general store which we visited on the way down, providing all of our ...

„What a nice, relaxing and fun stay. The hosts are amazing. A good place to unplug from everything.“

„Perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. Great views and Mike was easy to coordinate with. We would absolutely stay here again.“

„My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights while exploring the area and hiking. The cabin was about 40 minutes from Watkins Glen State Park, and the drive was easy and scenic. We really enjoyed our stay! The unpaved roads added to the adventure rather than being a nuisance. The wildlife was a joy to see, and relaxing by the campfire under the stars at night was so peaceful and serene. The cabin was beautiful, and the bed was super cozy. We highly recommend staying here! Thank you for ...

„This was a fantastic spot to land. Close to everything.“

„We could not of asked for a better off grid experience. Rainey and Jeff were highly accommodating to all our needs. Breakfast was amazing and the gourmet s’more’s were so to die for. Can’t wait to return.“

„Wonderful stay -accommodations and hosts amazing. Large space - most comfortable bed I’ve slept in - quiet and relaxing. Very enjoyable on a cold wet weekend that looked to ruin the stay. Will definitely be back but in warmer weather. “
