Having spent my summers on the Bras d’Or lake as a child I knew what I was getting with regards to lake (it is clear, warmer than the ocean, salt water —perfect to me!), but this was my first stay at Lakeside Luxury. There is a lovely ocean breeze that cools the house down in the evening (if you are concerned about no air conditioning). We did not struggle to sleep in the evenings.
