Günstige Hotels in Puno suchen

„Nice hotel on the lakeshore, very friendly and caring staff, nice bar with fireplace, rooms are functional but not cozy.“

„Although boasted a 4-star, this hotel is very disappointing in almost every aspects. The TV is smaller than my PC monitor. There were 2 sheets left in the napkin box. The shower water is like dripping. The towels looked unclean. There was only one chair and one nightstand in the room. All these are not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. The front desk also refused to refund one-night stay due to the change in airline schedule although we contact them weeks before checking in.“

„First we were given a room in the far corner with no Wifi although we specified that we wanted wifi. They moved us to another room right in the middle, which was perfect and close to everything but unfortunately the lights were on all night outside and people were talking till the very early hours of the morning. Room was nice, bathroom was good. Service could have been a little more friendlier.“

„We had originally booked for one night but the place was so stunning that we stayed for two. It truly is beautiful and you can watch the sunset over the lake. The staff were also very good at accomodating our children for lunch and dinner as the can be fussy! Included is also a tour of the Islands and our guide answered so many of our questions. The only reason why I have not given 5 stars is because there was no hot water in our room. It would also have been nice at dinner to have been ...

„Clean, safe, comfortable , nice people“

„It was a little noisy, had to change my room. Also the front desk was not so friendly.“
