„Hotel was awful. Very dirty. There was bugs in my room Hair in my room. We didn’t even get to stay there. I asked for a refund and they told me now. Very waste of money. Don’t be like me don’t waste your money!“

„Front desk staff, older lady needs to know she’s in the hospitality industry. She was rude when I asked for coffee packets in our room. She told me there’s coffee in the lobby. Um no, I’m not dressed and there’s a coffee maker in my room.“

„Absolutely horrible place to stay. Drug deals happening inside on the stairs and outside the windows. Doors to room don’t shut and create an unsafe environment. Bathroom door locks you in multiple times. Both kids got bites of some sort the first night. Food was left in fridge from previous stay and it smelled awful and leaked on the floor. Overall just bad vibes. Nothing like what was expected and they refuse to refund even though the kids we’re terrified the whole stay!“
