Our experience on April 13th was very disappointing. After a long trip, we arrived expecting a comfortable and ready room, but unfortunately, that was not the case. When we first entered our room, we found the bathroom floor flooded due to a leak under the sink. We returned to the front desk, and the staff member kindly assisted us by assigning a second room. However, that room did not have a refrigerator, even though our booking clearly indicated that one was included. We had perishable food with us, so this was a significant inconvenience. We went back again and were given a third room. Upon entering, we were met with a strong, unpleasant odor—similar to dampness or pets—which made the room unsuitable to stay in. At this point, the front desk staff member was visibly embarrassed and apologetic. She assured us that we would receive a discount for the inconvenience and provided us with a fourth room. Thankfully, the fourth room was acceptable and we were finally able to rest. While we appreciate the friendliness and effort of the front desk staff, the overall experience was frustrating and far below expectations. Having to move through three unsatisfactory rooms after a long journey was exhausting. To make matters worse, despite being promised a discount, we were later charged the full amount with no adjustment. This experience does not reflect the standard we expected.
