„Our family stayed two nights here. The entire hotel set up is horrible. No elevators either. It's a maze to get around anywhere. Pool was fine but needed some TLC. Breakfast was better than most. The laundry facilities were all broken down. Rooms were just ok. If you stay here. Ask for a first floor close to the front desk or else you will end up the furthest away and have to walk quite a bit to get to the lobby breakfast or the pool. „The hotel seems to have been updated and everything was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the proximity to the P&L area as well as other downtown sights and the numerous of dining and bar options. VOO is a must if they are having entertainment.“

„Hotel needs upgraded. Looks like it hasn't been touched since opening. Food at Gran and Dun was way overpriced for what it was. Lots of emty storefronts and old restaurants inside. Room was..so,so. Not filthy but not super clean either. Overall it was an OK experience having never been there. Would only recommend if going to Morton Amphitheater due to close proximity. 2 stars“

The rooms felt old, the furniture was worn, and the overall property did not match the expectations set online. It wasn’t as clean or well-maintained as I had hoped. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.“

In today's world it's a crapshoot on water volume and pressure. Other places we stay at are 10 times better. You might as well grab a bar of soap and jump in the pool.
