„Located right next to the Water Gardens the hotel is a good starting point to explore Downtown Fort Worth, Sundance Square is only a few minutes away. To the Stockyards it's a 10min drive. Our room was very spacious and clean. However WiFi is only complementary for members which you would not expect for the room rates you pay.“

„This is the second time I confirmed a reservation and got there and they made me drive to find a lower level hotel and room at the higher rate than I had booked for their room. It's unethical. I don't know how they get by with it. The manager and staff don't even offer to make it right when you have a confirmed reservation. They just tell you they are sorry they overbooked their hotel. It's totally unacceptable. I should receive a full refund.“

„Very Unfriendly Lady at the lobby, no help or explanation all. Parking would cost 40 dollars extra. No explanations that you can park cheaper close by“

„Absolutely great and clean hotel !“

The couch pillow was broken so I guess the service personnel just turned it upside down. The bathroom door was extraordinarily dirty from the inside of the bathroom. The pool is not heated was about ...

„Für den Preis wirklich top. Wir waren größtenteils nur zum Schlafen dort, und dafür hat das Hotel absolut gereicht. Sauber genug, zweckmäßig und insgesamt ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.“

„Staff was very helpfull“

„Es war von allen 5 Hotels“

„The experience at the hotel was great, but upon looking at the invoicing between the hotel and Expedia, it seems I paid taxes both in the state of Texas and the state of Washington. With that, I will refrain from any future bookings using companies like Expedia. I’d rather any tax dollars I pay to stay in Texas - and especially over a state like Washington.“

„Grosszügige Raumplanung, tolle Aussicht, sauber, tolle Mitarbeiter. Great Experience“

„Alles war sehr gut, allerdings war das poolwasser trübe“
