„Overall it was a great stay! The property has so many fun amenities for the family to enjoy and the house has a ton of extra beds. It was a little odd that it could sleep so many but had a relatively small kitchen table and living room. We couldn’t fit all ten of us around the table nor on the couches in the living room. „This is a house on stilts with the river practically in the backyard. It was easy to find, we didn’t have any issues with directions and the road is paved. You do not park on the gravel, as it is the neighbors property but that’s not mentioned in the check-in. Because this is a “tree house”, you feel it move every time someone walks around or goes up and down the steps. This house is well stocked and everything was easy to find. „This is a unique property. No front desk. Must register and do all the approvals prior to showing up. Must be able to climb steps of on second floor. But, the room was great, had all the amenities, was clean, and was appointed. I liked my stay. “

„We absolutely loved this place!! I will say the only issues is be prepared for a haul up and down to the dock, make sure you bring proper shoes so you don’t slip. But this house was perfect for our group. We are already talking about coming back! Thank you for the beautiful home! Best trip!! “

„I reserved this property for me and my bridesmaids to stay in the night before my wedding. I was so pleasantly surprised with how clean, new, and safe the property was. It had every kitchen appliance you could need except for a toaster, 2 bedrooms downstairs (one with a bathroom, one without), a hallway bathroom, a sitting room and kitchen table, board games, WiFi, and 4 bunk beds upstairs with a bathroom as well. „There were 4 travelers, myself, my 2 children (18 and 15) and one of their friends. Another TV wouldn't hurt as there is only 1 in the living area, but we had what we needed and the host was helpful when I reached out. “

„Convenience of location to Stockyards is the greatest feature of this property. Recommend eating at Joe T Garcia’s just 2 blocks from the house. Host communicated very promptly. “

"Located right next to the Water Gardens the hotel is a good starting point to explore Downtown Fort Worth, Sundance Square is only a few minutes away. To the Stockyards it's a 10min drive. Our room was very spacious and clean. However WiFi is only complementary for members which you would not expect for the room rates you pay."
