„This is the best beach property I've stayed in and I've stayed in many. Quiet, well run Beach front community with a 10 minute Beach walk to great food & drink. Quicker by golf cart but we love walking the powder sand with beautiful water. The Villa is tastefully designed and high quality in every detail. Nothing was left undone to create comfort & ease. The kitchen is equipped with the best stainless pots, pans, knives, appliances, you name it. A closet full of new floating beach chairs and ...

„This villa is literally right on the beach! Just about 20-30 steps away. Ivan's unit had everything we needed and more for our stay, and the location and views can't be beat. Ivan was always very helpful and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back to one of the best beaches in the world!“

„The house was very clean and has been renovated. The area was very quiet and relaxing. Coin laundry is right next door (don't bring a roll of quarters because you have to buy tokens). The pool area was always clean and the beach was wonderful with lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. Great place to stay!“

„Vacations go fast and this one was no different.. we would have liked to stay extra time at the villa.. everything was clean, neat, well organized.. the kitchen was great!.. We requested 4 extra days from Denise and thank God it was available, she confirmed it rightaway..we had some not so good weather and that was a shame.... I have nothing but good things to say about the villa, and if available, we would love to stay there again.. hopefully, we can do it again soon.... !“

„Wonderful place to get away from it all and relax. Direct view of the ocean from the living room, very short walk to the lovely beach, pool was great too. Place is decorated nicely, has lovely vaulted ceilings, well stocked with kitchen goods, bedding/pillows, and even a wide variety of puzzles. Fast and courteous communication with the owner.“

„A great location. The beach is off the patio. Fabulous seating area on the dune. Clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a no frills location with a great AC, StarLink, new appliances, gas grill and large televisions. This is your place. Nick is a great, responsive and helpful host. Most days we didn’t see more than ten people on miles of beach. “

„Great condo, loved the location, there were lots of thoughtful items included in the condo. The only suggestions would be to have a couple extrs blankets for the beds for those who are cold blooded, and instructions sheets for the tv.Unfortunately the swim up pool bar close yo the condo was not open most of our days we were there, and the pool water was cloudy with lots of sand in the pool.“
