„Die Unterkunft hat Residences / Wohnungen und ist somit kein Hotel. Es gibt kein Frühstück im Haus, das Dinner Restaurant war geschlossen an allen Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes. Tägliches Zimmerservice nur für zusätzlich 100$ pro Tag. Somit keine frischen Handtücher........Keine Minibar im Zimmer und eine dürftige Infrastruktur - minimarkt - ca 10min Fussmarsch. plus der Strand aber auch hier keinerlei Service am Strand die Zimmerausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen“

„This villa is literally right on the beach! Just about 20-30 steps away. Ivan's unit had everything we needed and more for our stay, and the location and views can't be beat. Ivan was always very helpful and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back to one of the best beaches in the world!“

„What great find this was! We stayed for 8 nights- 2 adults and 2 children ages 5-8. It's a little villa that feels spacious situated just a few houses down from the pool and right next to a path to the beach. Short walking distance to laundry, small grocery store (very overpriced, stop at Maxwell's on your way from the airport!), bakery, and the marina. „The house was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Loved all the sea turtles that came to see us multiple times a day. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we could need for our stay. Unfortunately, the weather was yucky for our stay but we made the best of it and still had a great trip. We had 3 couples and we were celebrating 2- life long best friends turning 50. We loved having a golf cart to get around but if we had to do over we would probably have rented a car too ...

„This little community of villas is private and quiet making for a very relaxing, slow-paced getaway. The beach is one of the most beautiful we’ve been to and a very short walk from the villa. You will have no trouble finding a perfect spot as it is not crowded. The ocean is calm and clear. While we are beach people and spent most of our time there, the pool is also a nice place to lounge and spend an afternoon. The host was fabulous and we do recommend. We plan to stay again. “

„We enjoyed a week at Shore Beats Work. It was my husband, 21-year-old daughter, and 19-year-old son. We rented a boat and golf cart and spent our days and nights exploring. The house was wonderfully clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The communication with Misty was fast and helpful. The views were great. It was fun to go across to the peninsula and play. We saw dolphins, sharks, rays, walking starfish...a whole array of wildlife. It was a great vacation!“

„Second time staying here. The location works great for us and the owner is very responsive at answering our questions. The home is perfect for our family who love the easy access to the beautiful white sand beach. People that stay/live there are friendly and even alerted us to a rocket launch that was happening , which was pretty cool to witness.“

„This property is pristine! We had a group of 9 and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. The house is easily big enough to accommodate such a large group. Also, the outdoor space is welcoming and comfortable. The kids either swam in the pool or got in the kayaks and went across to the beach. There were daily visits from sea turtles and the neighbors were so kind!“

The lay out was fantastic, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more) and the house had everything we needed for the beach and pool too. „We enjoyed a beautiful week at the Jackson House in Treasure Cay. The house was large, clean and very well stocked. If you can, check out what's already at the house before you do your shopping. We bought so many duplicates of items already there. Tons of water toys for kids big and small were in the garage. Really nice washer and dryer too It is on the windward side so pretty breezy. „Our stay at the house and on Treasure Cay island was a slice of heaven and my new paradise. The house was wonderfully comfortable, beautifully decorated, had everything you could possibly need and was located within a perfect 2 minute walk to the beach.
