„Alles super, nur es sollte in den nächsten Jahren vieleicht mal wieder renoviert werden Innen ;-) Sonst sehr sauber und toll. Das Personal ist wirklich super freundlich. DANKE“

„The shower and the floor by the shower had black mold. The cleanliness of the room was fair. There was no cable TV or steaming services. The decor and the condition of the decor was abysmal. I kept getting charged for whatever reasons they gave me. By the time everything was said and done I could’ve gotten a room that included breakfast, cable TV, and a pool. I was there for 3 days and not once did cleaning services come and make the bed or bring clean towels.“

It's an inconsistent experience. The hotel is lacking maintenance and attention to detail. In the outside area and around the property the cleanliness is lacking (e.g. garbage here an ...

„Since we had a very late flight to New York, it was clear from the start that we wouldn't arrive at the hotel until after midnight. I had to call twice and write three emails before I got a reasonable answer. We arrived at the hotel at around 2:00 am. A very grumpy night porter first wanted the credit card to block a security deposit of $400. This is not stated anywhere, neither on the Expedia website nor on the hotel website. It was made clear to us, no credit card - no room, what's the ...
