The unit manager, Launa provided excellent pre-arrival instructions and follow-up communication and responded to any of our question or requests for local information in minutes, which is certainly not the norm for most vacation rental properties. „The condo was very nice. We would certainly stay there again. Just a suggestion for the owner: having some kind of sheer window covering on the windows/door would allow light into the unit while maintaining privacy. The issue was the management company--their directions to the condo were inaccurate, they couldn't be reached after hours, and we were not able to get into the unit for our first night's stay. The management company was slow to respond to our complaint and has promised us a refund ...

Not an amazing view but It was our mistake that we thought it overlooked the lake when we booked. We loved how cute Eden and Huntsville are and enjoyed the beautiful drive down to Ogden's 25th street.We would stay again! “
