„Firstly, the hosts were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they did not spend enough to develop a basement suite for guests. We arrived around 11pm and the hosts upstairs were having a family gathering. Not a wild party but the lack of insulation between the upper and lower floors meant that every laugh or walk across the floor is clearly heard.
