Took the kids to the pool and went to Leave at 8:15pm ( pool closes at 10pm) man stopped them in the hall and asked for their towels so he could start a load of laundry… when said they would be freezing he told them they can run up and get under the covers. Pancake maker was broken in the morning. Arcade ate up our money on certain games as well as others around us. Lots of little things broken or missing like the sink stopper ect. The bedsheets and towels look like they haven't been replaced in a long time! Everything inside the room was broken and simply did not work.
