„Was pleasantly surprised how conveniently located the place was. A girlfriend and I met up to attend a concert at Hershey Stadium. There was an amazing restaurant directly across the street and a great coffee shop just down the road. It was only a 15 min drive to concert. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. „The property was as it was listed. Lots of room and very clean. The only comments are that we were surprised that there was no bath soap and there was only 2 bath towels and one hand towel per bathroom. Some bathrooms were for 2 bedrooms. Most properties we have stayed in are better equipped in those areas. The WiFi was spotty at best “

„Great location for Hershey, very quiet. Nice property, clean and like new. We did have an issue with the toilet but they came and fix it immediately and never bothered us while doing the repairs. We would rent this place again! “

„My family had a fantastic time staying at this property. Together we had 16 adults and 3 kids. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, plenty of dishes and glassware). It was also great to have a table where we could all eat together. There were plenty of spaces where we could break up into smaller groups to chat or play games. We will definitely consider coming back!“

„The Cocoa Cottage was above and beyond what my family and I ever expected!! The house is amazing! Clean, so cute, great layout, perfect location but most of all the pool was incredible!!!!! The owner has the home stocked with all necessities, very detailed instructions regarding check in/check out, trash, etc. A cute handy pamphlet with extra info about nearby restaurants and areas to check out. This was by far the best house rental I’ve booked and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!!“

„The host was a fabulous communicator, and obviously wanted our stay to be everything we were hoping it to be. It was! The accommodations were perfect for our 9 family members 2 dogs. Kitchen items that were thoughtfully provided included coffee pods, coffee mate, spices, in addition to the plentiful dishes and flatware. “

„My boys have always wanted to stay in a treehouse. Lucky for them, I found this gem on our travels. We only stayed one night, but my youngest could have stayed forever! The amimals on the property were a true treat. I highly reccomend Fairview Farms for your next advemture.“

„The Cottage and surrounding grounds were just as described in the listing. Great location, easy access to almost anywhere. Cottage is quaint & charming; has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Cottage was clean & pristine! Layout is perfect for smaller families or friends vacationing together. The saltwater pool, with pool toys/floats and towels, was absolutely perfect! „We’re a family of 6 and had an amazing weekend stay here while visiting Hershey Park! The penthouse apartment was very clean and accommodated us perfectly, with two bunk beds for our four kids 10 and under, and the queen bed for my husband and I, a full kitchen with cooking supplies, smart TV, and full bathroom. Cheaper and nicer than hotels! Lots of cute shops and places to get food just a block or two away, the restaurant Fennicci’s below the apartments was very nice too. 10/10 will definitely ...
