„Perfect for our weekend. Clean, spacious, ac worked great. It was a busy weekend so shower water temp cold on 2nd day only. Everyone getting ready at same time. I understand. Good value for what you get.“

„The shower was not hot, the shower pressure was a trickle, breakfast was bad enough that we found a restaurant the second day (out of eggs, the waffle maker was not maintained, so you couldn't remove a cooked waffle cleanly. There was a false alarm at 4:22 am with no follow up to let guests know that it was a false alarm.“

„ When we walked in the front door you could smell an unpleasant mustiness. The bedding seemed clean, thankfully, but overall the place is not kept up and does not smell good. The staff was friendly enough, but the food wasn't worth eating, and the coffee was weak. We went to the downtown coffee shop for good coffee. “

Nobody at the front counter, communication between employees and host was poor, had trouble with my VRBO reservation.If it’s just me, not my family, I would stay here again just for the price and it’s proximity to Iowa Speedway“
