„Loved the theming of the hotel. Hotel was clean and rooms very good size with lots of amenities. We loved the pool and hot tub that had extended hours for adults on the weekend. „The hotel and room were very good, clean and comfortable. Although fridge in the room was a bit small. The only thing we didn’t like was the coffee they offered in the lobby. It was so dark roasted and bitter, it was not drinkable. Unfortunately the coffee provided in the room was dark roast as well. “

„The staff were very friendly when checking in and out! The traffic noise from the Interstate was quite loud and somewhat annoying! I realize that can’t be helped now! The window felt like there was cold air coming inside. The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable! There were not enough available plug in sockets. Only trash can available was located in the bathroom!“

„Nous étions au 4ème étages où il n'y a pas d'internet ou très peu. Le problème est connu et comme solution on vous propose de venir travailler dans le lobby. La chambre dans laquelle nous étions aurait besoin d'un très très gros rafraîchissement. Le déjeuner est bien mais sans plus. Je pense il y a mieux dans le coin. “

„Für uns war das Hotel praktisch gut und sehr nettes Personal! Allerdings fand ich es sehr schade dass es fast nur Plastik und Pappgeschirr gab. Außerdem hat uns beim Frühstück etwas Wurst oder Käseauswahl gefehlt. Und dass die Zimmer alle Teppichboden haben ist nicht so unser Ding . Aber wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen ruhigen Aufenthalt und dass man abends noch so schön bei dem Feuer im Innenhof sitzen kann ist toll . “

„This Comfort Inn & Suites is always on point! You can't beat the location (right off the expressway) with free parking & next to Wells Fargo Arena & many venues & restaurants. The staff were super helpful & friendly--they even let us have a late check-out! The beds were very comfortable with crisp white sheets and fluffy pillows. The bathroom & other areas were very clean. „Ein wunderbares Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Zum Old Market sind es ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Zum Heartland of America Park sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Viele Restaurants (vor allem beim Old Market). Etwas enttäuschend war für mich, dass man für den Parkplatz als Hotelgast zusätzlich bezahlen musste (glaub 6 Dollar).“

„On the positive side: There was a nice hot tub and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. Negative: There were urine stains on the back of the toilet seat and there was a black, sticky drop of some kind of liquid on the desk that still sticks to my laptop like glue mixed with black oil and won't wipe off. Stains on one washing cloth and on the planket of the bed, too. The carpet is very old and filthy. “
