„The outdoor property is very pretty, about 10 acres, lawn kept, I would see deer there every other day. The house is older and is need of updates, but it suited my needs. The house has no central air, but the 3 window units kept it cool enough, though it necessitated the use of a fan to keep the bathroom floor from getting slick when weather was very humid outside. The host, Claudia was very nice and always communicates promptly.“

„Perfect spot for a weekend stay in Martinsville. Our black tie event was at the National Museum of History so this location was exactly what I needed. The salon for my hair and nails was in the same building. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to prepare my vegan dishes. I hope it’s available every time I visit home. “

„I'm not sure where my first review went. The picture of the rental is accurate however it does not depict a mattress that pretty much is on the floor. The floor is very wavy making you feel unsteady. The couch was also low and hard as a rock. The smith river behind the house is barely visibleThe worst part is the entry.
