„ Nestled in a quiet cove just minutes from Mitchell’s Point Marina, this lakefront property offered everything we needed. Two levels allowed privacy for us and our adult son. Breakfast on the deck, a dock for our boat, hot tub to close out the day and comfortable beds. The property was just as advertised and communication with the owners was timely and attentive. „Perfect place to stay on Smith Mountail Lake. Walking distance to any lake activity you would want plus one of the best restaurants around. Very clean with terrific communication with owner. Only note is even though occupancy says for 4, it is really 2 adults, 2 children. We Intended for 4 adults to stay and had to make other accommodations for 2nd couple. Will definitely rebook if we have another house overflow issue. “

„We had a good time. The only suggestion I have is it would be nice to have night lights in the bathrooms. The big pillows on the bed were too big for us so we used the 4 smaller ones. Kitchen was well supplied. Large couch was not really comfortable without extra pillows at your back because the seat was particularly deep but there were a number of throw pillows. Porch furniture was very comfortable. The lady I spoke to at your office when I reported that the TV was not connected to the ...

„Everything was very nice about the property and exactly as described. It was spacious with plenty of room for us to hangout together or separately if we chose. My only complaints were regarding the kitchen. The floor was not as clean as it should’ve been upon our arrival. Also, we had to contend with ants until I used salt as a deterrent that kept them off the kitchen counter for the duration of our stay. “
