„Wir waren hier 2 Nächte. Ganz nettes Motel in schöner Lage, das von vielen Motorradfahrern angefahren wird. Diese ließen leider morgens ab 6:30 Uhr ihre Motorräder aufheulen und minutenlang auf dem Parkplatz laufen. Dabei unterhielten sie sich lautstark, so dass an schlafen nicht mehr zu denken war. Die Sauberkeit war ok. Als wir ankamen, lag ein schmutziger Waschlappen im Badezimmer und am nächsten Tag wurde auch nur leidlich sauber gemacht. Ansonsten war alles da, was man brauchte, Dusche ...

„Pros: Friendly staff, restaurant attached to hotel and has great food, room had a good sized mini fridge as well as a microwave and coffee pot. Cons: I wish the windows had thicker blinds or curtains. The outside lights were so bright at night when trying to sleep. “

„Overall it’s a nice place to stay. The beds were really comfortable, shower had decent pressure, and the room was very clean upon arrival. It’s in a really good area - not sketchy like some places. There were only 4 things that could be improved in my opinion: The refrigerator in our room kept things cool, but not cold. „I truly enjoyed walking around the lake and viewing the old chapel and all of the beautiful flowers. The rocking chairs and seating areas all around the lake was very nice. We will return!!“

„Die Lage ist zum Erkunden der Smoky Mountains in Ordnung. In gut 30 Minuten ist man mitten im Nationalpark. Dazu gibt es in Waynesville ein paar sehr schöne Restaurants und eine nettes kleines Stadtzentrum. Allerdings wird in jedem Fall ein Auto benötigt. Parkplätze gibt es dafür kostenlos am Hotel. Unser Zimmer war groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Allerdings war die Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig. Der Boden war bspw. nicht ordentlich gesaugt. Frühstück nichts Besonderes. „Stayed here for Jeep fest. AC worked flawlessly, room was very clean and smelled good, slept wonderfully and the sound of the creek made sleep even better. Olde establishment but the upkeep was spot on. Will be staying here again next year“
