„My first time in Cincinnati, and this hotel made a wonderful first impression. The hotel was formerly the Procter & Gamble offices, and the architecture was beautiful. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. Check-in was quick and seamless, which immediately set the tone for a fantastic weekend. The room was beautiful, the bar and coffee shop were both excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything about the stay felt easy, comfortable, and well cared for. I ...

„My favorite place to stay in Cincinnati“

„Terrible valet, was promised 5-10 minute maximum wait. Have waited over an hour on two occasions. Completely changes plans due to expectations. Request valet refund and discount on stay. Very disappointed“

„Very nice hotel, a little bit outside of Cincinnati but close to a major highway. You can reach all downtown destinations shortly without having the noise of the city center at night. My room was very clean, spacious and aircondition was working perfectly. The only drawback was the breakfast on early Friday morning. The waffles were undercocked and chewy.
