„It was clean and quiet. The staff checked in on me but without pressure. Really enjoyed my stay and check out was really easy.“

„The apartment was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and the pool table downstairs. After a heavy rain some ants found their way in by the sliding glass door. The property managers had bug spray by our door within an hour. We would definately stay here again.“

„Had a few friends stay here with me because I flew into Cincinnati to visit old friends and the views and the setup in general was very nice. Location is great for enjoying Cincinnati and walking the whole time. Nothing like grilling with the Cinci skyline in the back. “

„My 14 year old son and I stayed at this property for 2 nights. Great location! You can walk to the Krohn Conservatory (less than 10 minutes)!! We had superb communication with the owner. Tiny but well-thought.“

„Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. “

„What a wonderful room and setting you have. It's more like a large apartment. The bed was super comfortable. It was a terrific location for us, just minutes away from our son and daughter-in-law. Definitely keeping Carriage house on our list of places to stay in the future when we come back to visit our kiddos again.“

„The stairs up to the unit are very steep. Could not park in front of the unit to unload items. Parking garage is far away. There was no welcome basket of goodies as mentioned in the add. The unit itself was clean. A lot of outside noise in the middle of the night woke up multiple times. The owner was good at communication. Good food options available in the area “

„We loved this location! Charming carriage house in a beautiful garden. House had everything we needed. Loved sitting in the garden while our dog roamed around. Host was on site, and readily available. Would definitely stay here again!“

„The stay was great. The house was way bigger than the pictures show. Nice location too. Close to the zoo and to the aquarium. Will be back hopefully in august if avaliable. Thank you for having us!“

„The Location was great, area perfect... You could walk to all areas of downtown Cincinnati. I met with friends and family. Which was and issue with the owner. He wanted to change the price because my family came by. I did not know we could not had to meet guests outside of the apartment. We aslo had an issue with the lock code and we had to sit outside the apartment for an hour because the owner did not believe I was inputting the code properly. I send video of the action and was met with ...

„Property was as described. It was easy to find and we felt safe. There were directions to get in for in case the key pad did not work, which it did not. Easy breasy check in. Hot tub was hot when we arrived, MUCH appreciated. Enough room to spread out and relax after a great evening of sight seeing. Highly recommend this stay! “

„Older Clifton home but super close to the University of Cincinnati! Mark was quick to respond and the house was very clean! Gayle did a great job prepping the home and we walked in with it smelling great! Would have been tricky with a house full to capacity with only 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen but it was perfect for our family to get together for my daughter’s graduation! Thank you for letting us stay in your home! I would definitely rent again! “

"Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Die Allgemeinbereiche waren ebenfalls sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gab die Möglichkeit den Pool zu benutzen. Leider hat das Frühstück nicht zum Rest vom Hotel gepasst, es war eher wie in einem Motel. "
