„Great hotel in a fantastic location in nature but not far from the beaches. The view is amazing and palm trees with monkeys jumping around is just beautiful. The infinity pool offers nice views and and the hotel area is small. The food was excellent. The chef was very helpful in finding gluten free options and the food was delicious. Highly recommend a stop at this place. “

Man ist in einem komfortablen Hotel an einer gut befahrbaren Straße mit Tuktuk Anbindung zur Stadt Gaulle (ca 2 Euro für die Fahrt) oder zum Unawatuna Strand mit vielen Restaurants und Bars (ca3€ Fahrt), aber fußläufig zum traumhaften Jungle beach. Wir konnten Affen, Iguanas und andere Tiere sehen. Lokale Bevölkerung wohnt in der Gegend, Sehr nett. Man kann auch zu Fuß durch den Wald, das ist super ...

„Large rooms with comfortable bed right on the beach. Easy walking to many tourist shops and many restaurants. Lots of fresh seafood available from these restaurants. Staff was very friendly and eager to help with a smile. The restaurant prepared a seafood grill each night and set tables with candies at the edge of the surf. Breakfast was very good with lots of fruit and an omelette station as well as curry. Can’t go wrong staying here. “

„At the end of our Sri Lanka holiday we decided to spend a bit more on our Unawatuna hotel & were not disappointed. We had large rooms with loads of space, kitchen, really comfy beds, excellent views from our balconies. The staff were helpful & the pool lovely. We did book nicer rooms that some there & didn't eat so can't comment on the food. It's a bit of a walk or a short Tuk Tuk ride to the main tourist area or a beach but that also means it's quiet there.“
