„Keys left in front door on arrival we had a broken fridge with a toddler was horrible took them days to fix it said they would reimburse us for some of the food we lost and having to buy takeaway but nothing this place is not equipped for a family not even a pair of tongs spare blanket in the cupboard had blood on it the tea coffee sugar canisters are absolutely disgusting also had a power outage while there nothing for that either the list could on on “
