The new part of the house has large windows and doors for viewing the York River as the tide ebbs and flows. We loved watching the birds fish for their dinner. When placing grocery orders for delivery the drivers went to the next street over so have your phone to help them get back to you have them take 2 rights and they will be at the house. we loved the peace and quiet that the property gave.
