„The property description states that it is air conditioned, but there is a portable a/c unit in the living room that was not connected to a window and that was the only a/c. No a/c in any bedroom. My son ended up sleeping on the living room couch because the upstairs bedroom was too hot. When we opened a bedroom window to let air in, we saw that the window ledge was caked with dead bugs.
