„I was in town for my son‘s 12 U baseball game at dreams park. I love the location away from the hustle and bustle and the quiet sleepy town. Judy was amazing in communicating everything we needed about our stay. The house is clean and well appointed, if you were looking for a quiet and relaxing yet close enough to other towns, I would really recommend this unique home and location.“

„From the Moment we arrived, Todd and his wife made us feel so welcome and went over all the details of the Beautiful bungalow! From the unbelievable scenery, beautiful pond and the immaculate grounds. , my sons and I enjoyed this retreat and stay so much. The accommodations in the room were excellent, delicious coffee, WiFi and comfy beds, the decor was also wonderful! I highly recommend this Beautiful cozy spot for any getaway! Thanks again Todd!“

„Stayed here to attend a wedding at Spillian. The location is very close... FYI... I recommend that you plan to drive to the venue. The home is cozy and the host communicated t/o the stay in case we needed anything. LOVED the covered porch off the kitchen... so relaxing with the creek flowing behind the property. As a bird watcher enjoyed watching the red-winged back birds and swallows near the small pond. We even briefly spotted a hummingbird! “

„We absolutely loved our stay in Cooperstown at this fantastic location. It was perfect for my husband and myself and we were able to walk everywhere we went in the town of Cooperstown. We had so many fun things to do in the area and it was such a nice place to come back to each day. The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and very eager to make sure our stay was satifsfactory. We would recommend this location without a doubt and actually hope to return here someday!
