„My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Weir House. Our only regret was that we could only stay one. From the patio of the house, we could hear the rapids of the river and surrounded by verdant forest. Staying here truly was a highlight of our Sri Lanka trip. Mr. Maha, the manager was so very helpful, including assisting us to book a hotel in Kandi when it turned out that the place we originally booked was a huge disappointment. He even arranged 2 tuk tuks to take us to the ...

„Nice Location, indoor Pool, very slow Service, “

„Hervorragendes Abendessen und guter Service im Restaurant. Das Restaurant ist aber leider im Untergeschoss und daher vom Ambiente nicht wirklich schön. “

„War ein sehr schönes Hotel . Hotelzimmer war ein bisschen veraltet . Service war sehr gut “

„The hotel was one of the best we visited in Sri Lanka. The rooms are really big, we had three separate bathrooms. When we arrived at the hotel, we were invited to join a traditional welcome ceremony. We asked for a lunch package as we moved to Horton Plains at in the morning - no problem, even a vegetarian alternative was provided. We can truly recommend this place.“

„Nice peaceful location with Good views . Staff is very helpful“

„Room was large and beds very comfortable. Hot water ran out in the morning so cold shower for friend. Food was varied and tasty at breakfast and evening meal. Lovely bar serving a variety of drinks and cocktails. Staff very friendly and helpful“

„The views over the valley, the tea plantations and agricultural land are fantastic. The villa is set up on a hillside, about 3km out of town. It takes approximately a 10 min tuk tuk drive into town. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautifully presented, mostly made in wood and looking very smart. The room and bathroom were large, clean and well presented. The whole place is beautiful an dis surrounded by beautiful countryside. “

„Gegen das Hotel kann man nichts schlechtes sagen im Gegenteil ist schön ,nur hat uns Nuwara Eliya abgesehen von der Natur wirklich enttäuscht . Horton Plains waren klasse“

„I had a nice stay, but to be honest I was expecting more from a property of this standard. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, however the sheets, towels and dressing gown were pilled, the curtains didn't go to the end of the window, and a cracked tile in the bathroom had been badly repaired. I also found it difficult to mix the taps in the shower to get the right temperature and there were no instructions on how to operate the heater. All in all I didn't feel the quality of the ...

„We had a very pleasant stay at Aramya Riverfront Boutique Resort. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfortable, and the pool is fantastic. The hotel also has a wonderful setting with great views of the surrounding rainforest. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. The reception team was incredibly friendly and helpful – when our daughter needed medication, they even arranged it for us free of charge. They also organised a fantastic jungle hike for our family, which we really ...
