„Als Motel am Highway sehr laut mit viel Verkehr nachts. Im Zimmer weder Schrank noch Regal oder eine andere Ablegemöglichkeit. Ein mindestens halbstündiger Fußweg zum Bahnhof und dann eine Stunde Zugfahrt nach Sydney. Deshalb für einen Aufenthalt um Sydney zu erkunden, nicht gut geeignet. Für einen Stopp over auf dem Weg in die Blue Mountains ist es perfekt. Ich würde es für ein, maximal zwei Nächte empfehlen.“

„Unser Aufenthalt in dem Guildford Hotel betrug 10 Tage. Die Zimmer und das Gemeinschaftsbad waren augenscheinlich sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Dennoch lief uns eine Schabe über den Weg, welche unsere Stimmung dem Hotel gegenüber etwas getrübt hat. Die Rezeption befand sich unterhalb der Zimmer in einer Sportsbar und war nur zeitweise besetzt. Die Zimmerkarte funktionierte nicht, eine Lampe im Zimmer war defekt und die Klimaanlage tropfte. „Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses. My son and daughter both had hair on their sheets and ...
