„Robin was great! She was the receptionist when I arrived. She was courteous and kind! The only thing that went weird was that an 18 wheeler drove through the building and we had to evacuate. Robin was amazing! She made sure everyone got out safely and that she made sure everyone was accounted for. Cudos for Robyn!“

Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber und ruhig - prima zum Entspannen nach einem langen Flug. Nicht einmal von den Straßenbauarbeiten, die zu der Zeit stattfanden, habe ich echt nichts mitbekommen! „This property was horrible. There was no smoke detector in my room. When asked they said " its a nonsmoking room" the celing was leaking on the bed, when mentioned they said"we can move your bed over" the 2 tvs did not work. The phone that was pluged in to call office did not work. It was very dirty/dusty and i found 2 cigarette butts behind the nightstand when i checked to plug phone in I would not recommended this motel to anyone. “

„Good location to explore Zurich with lots of restaurants nearby. Difficult to find the location and enter in the evening. Communication by VRBO messages needs some improvement to make this easier. Small apartment that has everything we needed for our stay but the entry with graffiti and poor lighting was quite the turnoff upon arrival.“
