„It is a block of flats opposite a 6 lane highway so it is very noisy. It smelt strongly of curry. Both bathroom showers were blocked and they were notified before 8am. It took many messages interrupting our day a lot. They wanted photos, then videos, which had to be sent to a different person. Showers only fixed the following day. We could not be in the building for the day it was being fixed as there is only one key for all to use. There were not enough bowls, spoons, mugs for 4 people. Forks ...

„The house was beautiful for a few days off. The owner came down a day before we checked out and he was wonderful. However cleanliness was just not to standard. We paid for air fresheners, rubbish bags, toilet paper, cleaning wipes and sprays. The pool was unclean and wasn’t usable as the agent initially telling us to just flick the switch on then claimed that it didn’t work. Wasn’t until the owner came down a day before check out that it was fixed but it was too cold that day. Overall was really ...
