The room was totally dusty. The carpet already old and dirty with many stains. The stove was rusty and disgusting! Did not cook once. In the fridge the shelf for the bottles was missing...obviously broke and was not replaced....so difficult to store open (milk)bottles without a mess. The bed was comfortable and the cleaning and reception staff was friendly! The so called "spa" not very inviting. There was a huge amount of strange foam when you turned on the jacuzzi. The location could not be better in the heart of CBD

The hotel itself looks good, the location is central and there are many things nearby. However, what disappointed me was the indoor hot tub with supposedly nice views of the city. The spa area is quite old and needs renovation. My eyes burned from the 10 minutes I spent in the spa room. I also couldn't see any of the view as the windows were fogged up. Actually, the hot tub was the real reason I chose this hotel. Although that disappointed me, everything else was good and I don't want to give a bad review.
