„Spent 9 nights here. The standard studio I booked was tiny, even though it was advertised as 25m² – no way! Luckily, I was able to move to a larger room the next day. Unfortunately, after a few days, the air conditioning broke down, and this time I couldn't move to a larger room; I had to go back to the tiny one. I wasn't offered any compensation, they said that giving me a larger room for a few days was compensation enough. That was a scam, since the rooms are much smaller than advertised! ...

„Trotz Bezahlung der ersten Nacht haben wir für den late check in keine Daten für den Schlüsselsafe erhalten, wir bekamen, trotz mehrfacher eMail anfragen, beginnend 5 Tage vor Anreise, keine check in infos, da der volle Betrag noch nicht eingezogen wurde, obwohl die Unterkunft bereits 3 Monate vor Anreise alle Creditcard Details hatte! Scheissunterkunft, wir befürchteten, im Auto übernachten zu müssen. Am Eingang hat uns dann ein anderer Gast weitergeholfen und den Nachtsecurityguard angerufen. ...

„Alles super. Für die Kinder viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen. Im Bungalow alles was man benötigt und sauber. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzige Manko zu der Zeit als wir vor Ort waren das der Beach und der dazugehörige Weg gerade erneuert wurden, sah aber so aus als wäre das in den nächsten 2-4 Wochen erledigt. Aber bei ca. 20Grad war bei uns eh nicht ans planschen um Meer zu denken. Dann doch lieber in den beheizten Pool.“

„There was plenty of parking but no amenities near by. Had to keep using an Uber all the time. The room was clean. But overlooked air conditioning over a roof which was very unsightly, not ideal. The place overall was basically a pub, no food which was inconvenient as i didnt have a car. They advertised meals but didnt have any. Would i stay here again, definitely NO. You need a vehicle to stay here. Theu mis advertised and need to change what they have available “

„My brothers and I really enjoyed our stay at Henley Beach. It was the perfect place to return to aircon comfort after some hot days at the cricket! We enjoyed its proximity to very good local pubs and the beach. Outside in the evenings with a bbq was very relaxing. Foxtel a bonus. Bridget was terrific and responded to any requests very promptly, including giving us a later checkout and allowing us to leave our bags there before our flights later in the day.“
