„Basic things that were neglected or done poorly
1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said
2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open. Rooms are hot, stuffy and poorly ventilated- would have been helpful to have that piece on information on ...

„I liked the casual hospitality that was shown by the manager. A very friendly, personal yet professional welcome.
Guests were invited to join up and share a table for dinner. This also included an informative introduction to the history of Ratho Farm.

The cabin delivered everything promised and was perfectly clean and organised.Erin (host) was prompt with replies to any questions I had.It was the perfect base for us to check out and fish many of the highland lakes within an easy drive.We will have no hesitation booking again.“
