„Great location, good site room, you have to know that when using water the waterpump is going on snd that is very loud, you will your neighbours. As good as breakfast was, dinner was a very difficult story. They tell you „when“ you can order, nothing on the menu can be changed (if you like salad insted of chips or vegies, not possible), it then takes ages till you get your dinner. Quality is good, but the way and the feeling… not a nice experience in such a beautiful spot! Also the hotel does ...

Wir haben für 3 Personen gebucht und damit über Expedia schon 30 AUD für die 3. Person bezahlt. Beim Check-in hat uns die Angestellt erklärt, wenn wir das 3. Bett nutzen wollten, müssten wir 50 AUD extra bezahlen. Dies steht so nirgends bei dem Angebot online.“

„When we arrived at Blue Lake Lodge no one was there and the place was all locked up. Tried to phone the lodge but rang out to a full answering machine. So clearly something wrong with their booking system. “

„The house was cold but after using the fire, it warmed up quickly and retained the warmth. The property had not been cleaned well and some supplies for the fire were unavailable. Previous guests had used all matches and fire starters but after talking to the owner, this was sorted out very quickly and the owners very very attentive to other issues as they arose. A deep clean was scheduled on our leaving the property, and the owner allowed us to check out late afternoon as a good will gesture. ...
