„Beautiful, peaceful“

„We convened on this property due to getting married in Mount Airy. We travelled from OK, while we had family traveling from VA, PA and NY. Pros: Gorgeous home. Good sleeping arrangements. Comfortable furniture. Accessible to groceries, liquor store, food, I-70. We had wifi so family could work while we were there. Cons: We are a big cooking family; There was no pasta strainer or cheese grater (we purchased and left in the residence). The knives are dangerously dull with nothing to sharpen them. ...

„Check-in was super easy. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. There was one hiccup that came up and were very quick to resolve. The house itself is a great historic home. They have done a great job modernizing it. My only feedback would be to have more supplies in the kitchen to accommodate preparing foods like knives, cutting boards, trays, etc. But otherwise, very happy with our stay and the beautiful property, and it being dog friendly!“
