„We come from the UK to visit family in Bac Lieu and we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly and the laundry service was very reasonably priced and convenient. Just to note that there is no elevator- this wasn't a problem for us but it is useful to know, although the reception staff did help to carry our heavy cases up the stairs. We would definitely like to stay again next time we come to see our Bac Lieu family.“

After a long discussion, they only allowed us to stay for two nights instead of the three nights we had booked. They refunded one night, but by then every other hotel in the area was fully booked, so we had ...

„Ordered 2 nights at Ruby Hotel when I arrived I told them my booking number and that I booked through Hotels.com app. They said that they do not have any collaboration with hotels.com. I then showed them confirmation mail and even contacted hotels.com customer service and informed them of my situation. I ended up paying twice for 1 day and received no refund nor help from hotels.com. Bad experience “
