„I hope this will get your attention: every time I tried to book this property for the night of that day. I tried several times, but it showed as "unavailable." So i booked another arrangement. But I received a confirmation in the middle of that night. I contacted the owners in the morning by phone and by email, but did not get a response. Same thing with Expedia. So I would like a refund, or a credit to stay there another day, as I am still in the area. I would appreciate a prompt response. ...

„Only stayed for one night, it was okay. The room is really dark and of course small, as usual in Japan. Parking is ¥1.000 per night extra and it‘a a bit confusing to find the parking spot (quite a bit from the hotel). You only get one keycard for the room with 2 people, so we couldn‘t leave the room/hotel separately. Skip breakfast - not worth it, even if it‘s cheap. Location is great, it‘s a 10-minutes walk to the castle.“

„Einzigartige Erfahrung, gleich beim Eingangsbereich müssen die Schuhe ausgezogen werden, da das ganze Hotel mit Tatamimatten ausgelegt ist. Das Zimmer ist traumhaft schön und traditionell aber doch modern eingerichtet, inkl. Toiletten-Schuhe. Der Onsen-Bereich inkl. Ssuna ist wunderschön. Eine absolute Empfehlung, wennSie in Matsumoto sind.“

„Der Check in war problemlos. Wir waren zwar etwas zu früh da, konnten aber schon früher in unser Zimmer, was uns sehr geholfen hatte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war zwar schon etwas älter dafür aber recht geräumig und hatten alles was man braucht. Die Betten waren groß und bequem. Alles in allem hat es uns gefallen.“
