„was really dissapointing . booked at 11.30 pm . arrived there . everything was closed . had to call their contact . they told me the reception is only open till 10pm , but i still could book online after 11.30pm . after the call at midnight i received a message that the reception is closed ,after i already paid . spent unnecessary taxi money . had to find a hotel around 1am again .“

„+ einfache, aber zweckmäßige Ausstattung der Zimmer + alles neuwertig + sehr freundliches Personal Die Lage ist für "normale" Touristen nicht zweckmäßig, da es zu BTS und MRT sehr weit ist und sich auch keine besonderen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe befinden. Ansonsten bietet das Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis“

„I will come here again now that I know where Treehouse is located. It is a beautiful property. But getting here was absolute hell. One cannot drive to their location. one can only drive to a wat (temple) that is a ten-minute walk away along the river. My taxi driver was flummoxed in trying to take me here, and we wasted over an hour pf extra time trying to find the place. I interviewed three other guests who had the same problem. This could be solved by putting up signs at the wat directing ...

„bed hard like a plank, no fresh bedsheets at arrival, had to change room because of this, no toilet paper, a lot of noise on floor from other rooms and people talking outside of the rooms in the middle of the night, no english speaking staff, no person at reception, unwilling to solve issues, eventhough i agreed with owner that i will leave hotel early because of my back hurting from the hard bed and will get my money back the staff told me day by day that we will solve the problem tomorrow.“
