„The proximity to the water was amazing, literally right outside the door. Our room was spacious and clean. No microwave in the room itself but there was one right outside our room for guest to share. I’m sure the staff are great but we stayed during a time when staff was scarce but we still had everything we needed. I wish we could’ve enjoyed the sandbar cafe but again it was closed until the day we checked out. “

„Between our room (No 202) and the poolarea was one other guestroom. Nevertheless the very loud noise of the whirlpool didn't let us sleep. The whirlpool ran several times at night. It also seemed as if the staff was very annoyed by the guests. For instance: Breakfast until 10am meens for the Lady in the breakfast room untill 940. Twisting eyes were the answer of the guests "good morning". Friendliness is different in our opinion.“

„A great northwoods WI cabin with location being an added bonus. Chequamegon bay is accessible from your doorstep and a short drive will take you to Ashland, Washburn or Bayfield. The cabin was clean, well stocked and beds were comfortable. Great communication with host who also provided excellent information for the area. This served as an excellent basecamp for a ice fishing trip on the bay, sleeping three guys comfortably and I look forward to a return visit with my wife to explore the are ...

„Had a great weekend staying at the Northwoods Cabin Getaway. Enjoyed hiking to the many waterfalls in the area and always had a clean and quiet cabin to return to. The cabin was the cleanest we have ever rented and well supplied with everything we could possibly need. Chris & Laurie were quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely stay at the cabin again if it is available next time we are in the area. “
