„It took 2 phone calls and 5 hours to get clean towels; our room was not cleaned during our two night stay (garbage filled up and wet towels remained piled); shower curtain rod was broken and kept flipping upside down (because it was curved, the curtain would not close when it was upside down). The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous!“

„I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.“

As I understand, this might be a marketing problem, it is also a broken promise. Also the tennis court was already closed, the kids were very disappointed.. staff was very nice though!“

There was a master switch for the room and nothing works until you turn it on. „I had a water leak in the bathroom it was cared for it greatly, special thanks to Antonio (i hope i got the name right) I was slightly freaking out, out of fear and he was very patient, calming me down and helping me to get to another room. The Rooms as well everything else was very clean and the harbor is just beautiful, i would come back every time again.“
