„Communication with the Host before, during, and after was excellent. Very beautiful and spacious home, very clean. Views of the water and sunrise over the water are amazing (and so were the moonrises over the water). Heated pool was invaluable. Our two dogs had a great time in it and running up and down the hillside in the backyard. Plenty of amenities. Grocery stores not far. Had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.“

„The Oaks is in an absolutely perfect location and checks all the boxes a large family needs for a stay. We booked it for our wedding at the AYC for close family and it was far superior to booking 6 hotel rooms where everyone would have been locked in their own rooms. They hung out and spent a great time together on the main level. It was nice to be at a historic home with all the fun quirks. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend! “

„Updated interior townhouse style in quiet neighborhood. Easy access to highways/shops/restaurants/activities. Able to have relaxing breakfast before leaving for the day. We were able to spread out and not feel "on top of each other" like in a hotel room. Utilized the side parking rather than street parking. “

„Just finished a 2-night stay here, and it was fantastic. I'm a clean freak, and this rental was SUPER clean! My son attends the Naval Academy, and he was able to stay with me for one of the nights. Beds were comfy, and it was nice having a TV in both bedrooms. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had, and it was great having a washer and dryer available to use. I would definitely stay again!“

„This was the perfect place for the three of us. While we could easily walk (or ride the bikes!) All over Eastport and downtown, it was really nice to also have a place to park the rental car. I would highly recommend this super cute, well-appointed little cottge. Liz was so communicative, offering us early check in and late check out. Gorgeous decor and beautiful gardens.“
