„Wir hatten deutlich mehr von der Unterkunft erwartet. Der Gang von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmer war extrem verwinkelt und ging durch 7 Türen. Das Bad war sauber aber alt. Zimmer groß genug, Einrichtung ok. Man konnte zwar im hinteren Teil Parken, in unserem Fall direkt am Zimmer, aber leider war der Zugang von hinten nur mit einer Karte möglich, diese haben wir aber nicht bekommen. Der Empfang/Rezeption war nicht gut, der Herr sprach sehr schnell seinen Standardtext runter, davon hab ich nur die ...

„Hübsche, kleine, rustikale Häuschen, in denen die Zimmer untergebracht sind. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet, allerdings ist das Bad winzig klein und das Warmwasser nur nach einigen Experimenten zu bedienen. Das Restaurant/Pub ist sehr gemütlich und das Frühstück lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.“

„The room was spacious and clean, the big bed was very comfortable, we paid for breakfast separately but found it very reasonable and a very good selection. The food was quality produce. But my highest praise goes to the courtesy and service level provided by the staff. We had issues on our journey to the hotel and they could not of been more helpful and considerate. We will definitely be looking to stay here again. “

„The Strutt arms was a great experience. The owners were very friendly and helpful. There is an Indian restaurant on site ,and also have other foods . The standard double room was small ,but was very comfortable, it had a 37 inch television on the wall ,a portable fan,a comfy king-size bed and tea and coffee ,hot chocolate and biscuits if you feel peckish, and a complimentary jug of ice cold water as well. „We used The Family Tree hotel/b&b as a stop over on the way to Bath. The place was superb… very clean, good facilities in the room, with a hearty and delicious breakfast. The off street parking in also very convenient. Additionally the staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Thx for a lovely stay“

„Excellent staff, very clean room, nice bar with plenty of choice, breakfast was lovely, (i had the english breakfast), all for a bargain price in my view, would definitely stay again, in fact we already plan to stay here when were in the area again, if i had one small niggle it would be the quality of the rump steak i had in the evening, it was a very tough bit of meat, it wasnt the way it was cooked as it was exactly as I'd asked for, it was just quite tough and stringy“
