„We arrived late at night and were pretty tired. When we opened the door, the room was filled with dozens of flys. While we tried to kill them, more and more of them were entering the room, i guess thru the AC. It felt like being on an horror movie. When we called the manager, she asked us to check the Motel on the other side of the street and asked for a room. She promised us to compensate the rent. "Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The toilet in our room overflowed, and when we informed the receptionist, instead of offering proper assistance, we were handed a plunger and expected to fix the problem ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. To make matters worse, the reception was unattended until 3 PM, leaving no one available to help with urgent issues. A lack of basic service and responsibility. Would not recommend staying here."
