As a single mom, I really cherish these trips with my daughters — they’re relaxing, memorable, and always feel special. I only wish I could afford to come more often! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and so close to Zion. Already looking forward to our next visit.“

„The villa is cozy and quiet. The bed is super comfy and we loved the kitchen. The jetted tub did not work and the property manager was not available when we needed help, but the owners were kind and communicative. We had a lovely visit. “

„Beautiful location and house. Responsive management team. Seems like the gondola at base of this area is never busy. Slopes to gondola area are mostly blues. They is another newer base area a few minutes drive from the house if need green slopes. If you can make it down the narrow path(I would rate as blue) to lower run to gondola, I would rate the lower part of that run Leading to the gondola as green. Overall, an excellent experience and likely we will be back next year!“

„We had a great stay at the Ledges! There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids enjoyed having their own private area to spend some time. We were so close to Snow Canyon and right off of a biking/walking trail. The pool and pickle ball were hard to beat too!“

„Exceeded our expectations in every way. Spent a whole day exploring the 10 acre estate and the surrounding properties at a leisurely pace and just family, no crowds!! Yet we were close enough to see Zion and Bryce with a short drive. The idea of being off grid fascinated me but all the comforts of home were still available. The Host were very knowledgeable about the area and shared information/ideas as asked. They wanted us to relax, recharge and enjoy their part of the world and we did. Thanks“

Highly recommend this property for a large family gathering. Its proximity to Zion (literally 1/4 mi away) and Bryce Canyon a 2 hr. drive made for an awesome adventure.“
