„It’s clean and great location. Nice bed.“

„The hotel was an older building but the room was very clean and comfortable. The check-in process was unusual but worked out and the manager was friendly and accommodating. The motel was quiet which is what I needed. I enjoyed my stay.“

„Second stay of the past month. No real complaints, basic motel style room. Clean, all things worked as expected. Looks out dated outside, but rooms have seemed to be well kept.“

„We went to ATV JAMBOREE and this hotel was perfect for myself & Brother.“

„Nice, new, clean and we loved it, thank you“

„The property was fun. Baby animals with a country setting. Property was quiet, with nice decor. We had a hiccup with getting check in info and accuracy with check in time and bed size that were on the listing, but the bed itself was comfortable. The TV was a bit too far away from the bed to be able to see channels and info, and had to be turned up fairly loud to hear it, but luckily the room is off the side of the house as to hopefully not disturb the owners. The room had a very strong cleaning ...

„ Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Spacious, clean, comfortable. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive, which we really appreciated. The property is gorgeous! Next time we pass through Salina we will absolutely stay there again!“

„Thank you. Nice place to stay“

„Owner was great to work with, communication was great and it made checking in super easy as well as checking out! Highly recommend this place!!!“

„Paint peeling off the walls, accommodations changed without notice (switched from king to queen bedroom), adjacent room had dogs when property listed no pets, A/C unit ran 24/7 without getting the room to temp (filter indicator showed it needed cleaning), towel rod feel off (masonry anchors were used instead of sheet rock), etc. etc. The only positive was the comfortable mattress“

„If you like to step back in time and a rustic feel, this is the place. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. It is really typical of what you would find in a 100 year old home where the plumbing and electrical was added later. It has that charm and I loved the rough cut wood floors and walls. Highly recommend if your into this feel. I am!“

„I loved how close it was to the Snow College riding facility! It was a short walk over each day. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable.“

„The house was beautiful and very clean, and was in a great location for our needs. We will definitely return.“

„This was our second year having a family gathering at this property. We are outgrowing the sleeping space. After a discussion with the family about next year, and looking at other options, the unanimous decision was to find a place for a few to sleep and keep this as our base. Everyone has a great time here.“

„Just finished our stay and it was perfect for our trip to capital reef. The place was clean and the hosts provided plenty of amenities for us to use. Great stop on our trip!“
