„A lovely spot by Colgate and next to a reservoir! Saw loons and other wildlife. Had some issues with the cleanliness of the place upon arrival and had to go get some supplies that were not available. With some care and attention, this will be a lovely weekend getaway.“

„Weekend trip to watch Oneonta swim meet and celebrate our sons birthday. The whole family came so we needed to sleep 6. House was very comfortable and clean. Better than getting 3 hotel rooms!“

„We did not end of staying at this location. The place was dirty, smelly, cob webs, bathroom had dirty mats, hair on lots of things and the mirror looked like someone spit at it. The kitchen has 1/4 red onion in fridge, cups on window, etc. Nothing like the picture or reviews. The host did refund money quickly and communicated well. “

„Overall this was a clean convenient place. Plenty of parking. The layout of bedrooms feels more appropriate for families becasue you have to walk through connected bedrooms both up and down stairs. The "office" bedroom has to be walked through for all three occupants of the bedrooms upstairs. We already knew bedroom #1 and #2 were connected. Since the evenings were cool enough for use of the funace we had a very strong fuel oil odor drifting up through return vents on the first floor all ...

„In town for a wedding celebration. House was conveniently located near Vanderkamp and nearby restaurants in Sylvan Beach. Ryan was spot on in communications and the house was exactly as described, with beautiful views of the lake out back. Bonus was the retro games which my adult children really enjoyed on a rainy evening. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!“
