„The air conditioner was old and made a lot of noise but still worked. The blanket and sheets had stains but were clean but still bothered me. The pillows were flat but luckily, I brought my own. We only stayed for one night so we could see my daughter graduate from college. The beds were comfortable and worked for the night. For the price it wasn't bad.“

„The staff were friendly but not attentive to details such as servicing the room daily and providing towels. Cable system,Spectrum was not available for the whole week we stayed. Staff told us it was out of service doe to storm??“

„Classic, easy Motel. Some improvements have been done like a wood-like hard floor. Staff does not care in detail, like did not remove branches from parking lot for three days which fell in a storm. I travel a lot and would describe me as fearless, but there are a lot of scary people in the hotel and the neighborhood feels unsafe. A little more care, a fence around the parking lot, some bushes and flowers could change a lot.“

„Everything about this property was perfect. The scenic view from our room was beautiful. The room was modern and in excellent condition. We booked our stay for a family wedding in a venue in the nearby town of Jordanville, and it was a convenient distance while allowing us to enjoy the beauty of Cooperstown. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we asked for suggestions of places to eat the recommendations by the front desk staff were perfect. The little beach area with chairs was appreciated ...

„Note: We stayed during Cooperstown's off, off season. Review: We were there for a conference at The Otsaga Hotel. We wanted something a little more cost effective. This lovely little hotel is rustic, but clean. We had hot water, heat, and THE ENTIRE PLACE to ourselves. Talk about peaceful! The proprietor was helpful, answered her phone, and this place is only a 14 minute drive to Cooperstown. “
