„Pool was fun but house was way to hot. We couldn't sleep well because it was hot we left a day early.“

„Host is excellent and responsive to a small issue. You are close to baseball spring training, golf, aquarium and roads to take you all over the valley. Great for a long stay. Cozy with all amenities for cooking in. There are however lots of great restaurants nearby!“

„Our week in Phoenix was a disaster...golf gaga me rained out, and then all of baseball cancelled! Thankfully we were staying at the Yavapai House. The place is incredibly clean, well appointed and provisioned, with the most comfortable beds I’ve encountered in a VRBO or AirBnB. We had plenty of room in the house as well as the backyard to hang, and the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely rent again once baseball is back on!“

„Aktuell Renovierungsarbeiten, deswegen ist es schwierig ein endgültiges Urteil zu fällen. Sauberes , grosszügiges Zimmer, die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen und ein Waschbecken lief nicht ab( bei der Preisklasse eigentlich nicht akzeptabel). Das Hotel ist sehr weitläufig, hat mehrere Pools und 2 Wasserrutschen.“
