„The stay was great. If you are looking to travel to tempe and want the comfort and access to things you would have at home like laundry and a kitchen this is a great choice. The place was clean and check in and out process was easy. The only issue is the parking, but honestly is seems like parking in Tempe in general is very confusing. Most of the street parking near the studio was 2 hour parking, there was a parking structure right across the street from the studio that says no overnight ...

„You definitely get what you pay for. Hotel smells like, dog, cigarettes, pot, bad cleaner on whatever they use in the hotel. There was work done in the room but was either done quickly or for cheep. Bathroom fixtures all practically falling off, bathtub could not take a bath as no stopper. King room was end of hall nice that it was away from noise of other rooms but noise of traffic was insane. Pool was less than desirable and hottub out of service. The hotel staff at counter was excellent at ...

„Clean and adequate for a short stay. Not walking distance to pretty much anything... food, restaurants or stores. Shower head was more like a power washer... rip off your eyelids if not careful.“
